💡 Tips
- •Eat straight away — the noodles soften quickly once mixed.
- •Wai Wai (chicken flavour) is the classic. Both flavours work.
- •Add a boiled egg, diced cucumber, or chopped pickle for extra substance.
👨🍳 Method
- 1
Gently crush the Wai Wai noodles inside the unopened packet — you want roughly broken pieces, not powder.
- 2
Open packets and tip the noodles into a bowl. Add the included seasoning packets.
- 3
Add onion, tomato, chilli, and coriander.
- 4
Drizzle over mustard oil and lemon juice. Season with a small pinch of salt.
- 5
Toss everything together and serve immediately — eat before it softens.
